Horizon Additions, Moves and Changes
The Horizon hosted business phone system gives you the ability to manage every aspect of your service using the Horizon administrator web portal. Whether you want to change a name that appears on a handset, amend the way calls are routed during out of hours, add voicemail or retrieve call recordings, all this and far more besides can be controlled and managed by you. However, a self-service web portal does not suit every business as they may not have the resources or time to manage their Hosted phone system on a day-to-day basis. In this instance Columbus can manage your system for you subject to a small monthly support charge which is based on the number of nodes we set up for you. A node is a service associated with your system such as an auto attendant, hunt group or mailbox for example. The number of nodes will be determined and agreed with you during our pre-staging processes and the service charge for ongoing system support can be found below.

Additions, moves and changes are provided free of charge during the first month of service operation. The monthly Columbus support package is optional and subject to a 3 month minimum term.
