GEOGRAPHIC NUMBER PORTING TO COLUMBUS
- Single Line – £25 per number
- Multiline (no DDIs) – £50
- Multiline (up to 10 DDIs) – £95
- Multiline (10+ DDIs) – £150
- Out of hours porting (weekday) – £175
- Out of hours porting (Saturday) – £250
GEOGRAPHIC NUMBER PORTING AWAY FROM COLUMBUS
- Export of a number to another network which is not the original range holder – £15 per number
NON-GEOGRAPHIC PORTING (INTO, OR AWAY FROM, COLUMBUS)
- Non-geo number port – no charge
CANCELLATION / CHANGES
- Order Rejection – £15 per rejection (see Note 1)
- Porting Date change -£30
- Cancellation of port order – £30
- Emergency restore (see Note 2) £250
Notes
- Where an order is rejected by the losing Communications Provider due to incorrect or missing information provided by the customer
- Where a customer ports numbers away from Columbus and subsequently requires service restored, we will facilitate this where possible
