CRM Integration update for Horizon
CRM Integration capabilities of Horizon, the UK market-leading hosted phone system and UC solution from Columbus have been expanded. Compatible with over 70 of the top CRM packages including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, Horizon Integrator CRM provides easy telephony integration with your preferred CRM program and helps improve user efficiency and productivity. On top of our recent addition of call activity logging, which is now enabled in Dynamics CRM 365, Bullhorn and Salesforce, we are delighted to advise that we have released the next iteration of the Horizon Integrator CRM. The June release includes five new CRM’s and latest version support for a number of existing CRM integrations.

Functionality varies from CRM to CRM but in broad terms it means that your CRM system and hosted telephony service are connected and can be used in tandem providing quick and easy access to contacts, customer details can be screen popped when a call is received or you can use click to dial for easy outbound calling within the CRM itself.
